- All training sessions with the Director of Recreational Soccer or VSA Staff US Soccer licensed staff
- Fall and Spring Programs will be 8 weeks long with practice once a week on either Monday or Tuesday at the VSA Complex. Fall and Spring programming will include 3 in-house games with other players in the Plus Program on Sundays on Field 4 (turf).
- Winter programming will be 9 weeks with once a week practice on Monday evenings at a Waukee local elementary school gym (futsal). There will be four in-house games at RecPlex in West Des Moines.
- Possible tournament opportunities (would be optional and additional cost)
- 1 Additional VSA Training Shirt

Seasons & Training
The U8 PRE-Academy Plus is a training program for players looking to develop their skills with additional training and game opportunities in a more competitive environment. This program is supplemental to the U8 Recreational program.
